If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, A Real Gem offers a 10-day money back guarantee.
- Returned goods must be sent via Royal Mail special delivery and must be in their original condition including packaging. You will pay the postage costs for any items you wish to return.
- We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on A Real Gem (pierced items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty or damaged).
- We make no charge for returns – there is no restocking fee.
- Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
